Saturday, December 19 gathering at 2:30
Colleen’s home: 4227 Cedar Ave S, Minneapolis, Minnesota
Our intention
“Being held by community we share our stories in and of the dark”
Join us in celebrating the turning of the wheel with a Winter Solstice Ritual Potluck Feast on Saturday, December 19, 2015.
We gather at 2:30 p.m. and begin ritual feasting at 3 p.m. at Colleen’s home: 4227 Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis. Please bring a dish to share. We will wrap up around 5:00pm. Clean-up help is welcome after the event.
This is a co-created ritual. If you are interested in helping to set sacred space (invocations) please review the intention and be prepared to step up at the ritual. Additionally, plan to share a brief story (in and of the dark) at your table remembering brevity with impact.
All Are Welcome including children and folks from other traditions. Colleen’s home has steps and is not handicapped accessible. This is a drug and alcohol free event. Also, please refrain from the use of perfumes, lotions, and other scented products.
As always, we ask that you consider bringing a non-perishable food item or items to donate to The Exchange’s Queer Community Food Shelf.
Money donations are welcome to cover ritual expenses, but please note that no one will be turned away for lack of funds or food items.
We look forward to seeing you!
